Terms and Conditions

KS4 PharmaNet is an online pharmacy and healthcare platform that enables users to purchase medicines, healthcare products, and avail various healthcare services. The Platform facilitates the sale of pharmaceutical and other products through registered and licensed pharmacies.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

KS4 PharmaNet reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion, particularly in the event of violation of these Terms or applicable law.

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

KS4 PharmaNet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation. You may not use another person's account without permission.

KS4 PharmaNet provides an online platform for the purchase of medicines, health products, and wellness items. The Platform may also offer services such as prescription upload and validation, order tracking, and customer support.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the Services at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

KS4 PharmaNet does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or timeliness of information and Services provided through the Platform. The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Certain medicines available on the Platform require a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. You agree to upload a valid and genuine prescription for prescription medicines. KS4 PharmaNet reserves the right to refuse the sale of prescription medicines if a valid prescription is not provided.

You represent and warrant that any prescription you upload is valid, genuine, and issued by a registered medical practitioner for you or for a person for whom you are legally authorised to act. Uploading a false, forged, or invalid prescription is a criminal offence and KS4 PharmaNet reserves the right to report such instances to the relevant authorities.

The dispensing of prescription medicines is carried out by licensed pharmacists in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. KS4 PharmaNet does not replace the advice of a medical professional and users are advised to consult their doctor for medical advice.

All prices listed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price at the time of placing the order.

Payment for orders must be made through the payment methods available on the Platform, including Cashfree payment gateway, cash on delivery (where available), and other supported methods. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the designated payment method.

KS4 PharmaNet uses Cashfree, a secure payment gateway, to process online transactions. We do not store your card or banking credentials on our servers. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed in accordance with applicable security standards.

KS4 PharmaNet endeavours to deliver orders within the estimated delivery time communicated at the time of placing the order. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, logistics delays, and public holidays.

Delivery charges, if any, will be communicated to you at the time of checkout. Free delivery may be offered on orders above a certain value or as part of promotional offers.

You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. KS4 PharmaNet shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In the event of a cancellation after payment, refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Returns are accepted only in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect. Returns of opened medicines or products are not accepted unless the product is defective. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information.

Refunds for eligible returns or cancellations will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. KS4 PharmaNet reserves the right to reject returns or refund requests that do not comply with our Return Policy.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of KS4 PharmaNet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

The Platform and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. KS4 PharmaNet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

KS4 PharmaNet makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the content available on the Platform. Use of the Platform is at your sole risk. The information provided on the Platform is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KS4 PharmaNet and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

In no event shall KS4 PharmaNet's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Platform or for the specific product or service in question during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Uploading or transmitting any content that is false, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or harmful.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its related systems.
• Impersonating any person or entity or falsely representing your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Engaging in any activity that places an unreasonably large load on the Platform’s infrastructure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations within 30 days, either party may seek resolution through appropriate legal proceedings.

We will respond to your grievance within a reasonable time and no later than one month from the date of receipt of the grievance.

We may periodically revise or update these Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of our Platform after the effective date of the revised Terms means that you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any such revised terms, please refrain from using our Services and contact us to close any account you may have created.
