Return & Refund Policy
1Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only where the product delivered is:
- Damaged in transit.
- Defective or not functioning as described.
- Expired or near-expiry on delivery.
- Incorrect — different from what was ordered.
Such issues must be reported promptly on receipt of the order so we can verify and resolve them quickly.
2Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, opened medicines or products are not accepted for return unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
3Prescription Medicines
Prescription medicines, once delivered, are non-returnable except in cases of damage, wrong supply, or quality issues. Before dispatch, prescription orders can be cancelled as per our Cancellation Policy.
4How to Request a Return
To raise a return request, contact our support team through the KS4 PharmaNet app or reach us at 9005606607 or ks4pharmanet@gmail.com with your order details and a description (and photos, where applicable) of the issue.
5Refunds & Timelines
Refunds for eligible returns are processed to the original payment method, typically within 7–14 business days of approval.
If the payment was made using wallet balance, the refund is credited back to your wallet. KS4 PharmaNet reserves the right to reject return or refund requests that do not comply with this policy.
6Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched; once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. For full details on cancellations and the associated refund process, please see our Cancellation Policy.
